Our philosophy.

We take a relationship-driven approach to identifying and closing deals in the small business space. Our process is driven by honest communication with a goal that all parties are satisfied with the outcome of a transaction.

The Pine Hill team always treats everyone the way we would like to be treated. That respect is core to our focused and disciplined approach to acquisition and subsequent company oversight.

Strong relationships

Our business is built on relationships and we value the partnerships we build with everyone in a company’s management, along with all vendors, lenders and advisors involved in a transaction.

Long term view

We’re committed to our companies. We ensure the continued smooth operations of all acquired companies, with a long-term timeframe for return on our investment.

Pine Hill Capital is a private-equity firm and part of Pine Hill Group, which was formed over 40 years ago by architect Helmut Peters. While Pine Hill originally had a focus on real estate development and construction, the company now has a wide range of investments in public and private companies as well as alternative investments. Pine Hill Capital continues to expand its businesses by acquiring new companies and then overseeing them with care and attention – and an ongoing focus on productive collaboration with management and founders.

Our leadership team.
